Before getting on the water, every rider must complete a 306 Foil Co. waiver.

E-foil lessons involve water, weather, speed, balance, equipment, and other risks. Our goal is to keep every lesson safe, organized, and fun, but participation does require each rider to understand and accept the risks involved.

If the rider is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver.
